Rush Connect+
Digital Product Marketing
More health systems are offering virtual care and health memberships, but few people understand what they are. Rush Connect+ also had to compete with other local health systems and with big names like Amazon Health. Our content had to remind audiences that they already trust Rush, and show them how to use our digital health services.
As creative director, I owned the launch from the creative brief through the commercial, paid social, organic content, and Rush's first-ever influencer partnerships. Every piece was built around one idea: Show the moment you'd need it, and a one-click virtual visit, from a name Chicago already trusts.
The results: an Aster Award Gold, TikTok ads in the top 5% of all healthcare ads and featured by TikTok as a case study, and creator partnerships that reached every household.
Sometimes you have to see it to get it. This short spot puts all your options for care side by side, in person and virtual, so you can choose what fits your day. It earned an Aster Gold and reminded Chicagoans that the easiest option for healthcare is a name they already trust, know, and use.
Rush already earns millions of organic views on "Day in the Life" content, so we created a version featuring a health navigator to illustrate the benefits she provides through Rush Connect+.
The social media side of this campaign included influencers and Reels-style ads customized for different audiences and virtual care use cases.
The latter ads hit a 50%+ native click rate, landed in the top 5% of all healthcare ads on TikTok, and were featured by TikTok as a case study.
For Rush's first-ever influencer partnerships, we teamed up with two Chicago creators: travel and wellness creator Bill Nes and parenting creator Erin McMahon of @chi.with.kids. By working with a big-time influencer and a local microinfluencer on the same offering at the same time, we captured both amplification and engagement.
