If your hospital is performing life-saving operations every day, I recommend filming some of those and putting them on social media!

I supported my creative director (a former Oprah producer) on development of this surgery reality show that has over 6 million views on YouTube. Each episode averages 500K views, and Northwestern Medicine gains 20-30K new subscribers every time we post an episode.

Inside the OR accounts for 25% of quarterly viewership across all videos produced by the organization. The show was the first to reach over one million views in under six months on Northwestern Medicine's YouTube channel. Viewers spent 4X more time watching Inside the OR than on any other page on the health system's website.
